Shipping choices are offered at checkout.

All items in stock:  Retail orders will go out within 48 business day hours of receipt.  Wholesale orders will ship within 30 days. 

Out of stock items:  Customer will be notified via email, and once item is back in stock, items will ship within 48 hours.

We use UPS Ground to ship most orders subject to the UPS Terms of Service. 
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or to addresses outside of the United States. 

If an item is out-of-stock or if there is an unexpected delay, you will be notified by email. 

All SalesTaxes are charged based on the recipient’s address.  If the “Ship To” address is outside of Colorado, no sales tax will be charged.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

You will be responsible for a $10.00 restocking fee per item plus return shipping charges.  Any returns must be pre-approved and the Return Authorization Number must be included with the returned shipment.  Packages must be sent insured and a delivery confirmation signature is required.  We cannot confirm receipt of items returned without the signature requirement.  Contact us by email for complete instructions.
